Within 5 minutes you'll receive a payment receipt and a personal welcome message on WhatsApp from our founder. Within 24 hours we send a short onboarding form (lifestyle, work, body measurements, current wardrobe). Within 7 days your two in-person weekends are scheduled around your calendar. Day 1 of the programme begins as soon as your slot opens.
Payments go through Razorpay (SSL-encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant). If you change your mind before week one of the programme starts, we refund the full amount — no questions. Our restart guarantee covers you after that: if you don't love your wardrobe at the end of week one, we restart at no cost.
Entirely in-person across two weekends. We can host the programme in major Indian metros — once you reserve, we confirm the city and venues with you. The shopping, hair session and dermatology consult all happen at hand-picked stores and clinics.
Yes. Every piece bought during the programme is yours. We only buy what you've tried, approved and want to live in.
